PKT Pal purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.
If a PKT Pal product arrives broken or defective, you must contact customer support at routie@pktpal.com for troubleshooting within 5 business days of receiving the product (the “Review Period”). If the product is deemed broken or defective by customer service, the customer may request a replacement.
The product will only be eligible for a replacement within the Review Period, the product must be returned in the same condition that you received it in its original package. You will also need to provide the receipt for the proof of purchase.
We will be notified once PKT Pal has received the product for the replacement request. PKT Pal will then notify the customer when we complete the inspection of the product, to confirm when the replacement product will be shipped. If a replacement is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days from inspection completion. If a replacement is not approved, PKT Pal customer support will contact you directly.
If for any reason a refund is approved during the Review Period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Payments made in cryptocurrency cannot be refunded.
